How long will my order take?
We ship orders of in-stock inventory within 1 business day of receiving your order. For orders containing pre-order items, your order will ship by the date you were provided at the time of ordering. We will contact you if any shipping delays occur

PuzzTime accepts returns of unopened products purchased from PuzzTime.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Is your PuzzTime jigsaw puzzle anything less than perfect? With our puzzle piece replacement policy, we will make it right — no questions asked.
How do I request replacement piece(s) for my puzzle?
Send us an email with a picture of your almost-completed puzzle to email@example.com. Please make sure that the image is clear enough for us to see which piece(s) need to be replaced. We will mail you the exact piece(s) that you need to complete your puzzle for free.
How long will it take for me to receive my replacement pieces?
In most cases, we can have your replacement pieces in the mail within 1 business day of receiving your email with clear photo of your completed puzzle.
